Never give deposit, they will take it and won't give a single penny back. Worst experience ever with the staff. Apart from this the food is pathetic, wifi doesn't works at night, staff at reception at night were good. Never visit, highly recommended

I made the mistake of booking this place because it boasted a good central location and was near a metro station. These posituve attributes are nothing to do with what Legacy Hotel Apartments actually delivers. What this hotel delivers is in the whole entirely negative. Very poor accommodation. Dark, dirty rooms with furniture and furnishings that should have been replaced last decade. My complaint about fleas infesting the bathroom resulted in no action. However, the very worst was to revealnitslef in how the front-office staff and their Duty Manager are allowed to treat guests. With utter contempt and disgust. Is not too unfair of a description in my opinion. If you should (very unwisely) wish to extend your stay in this establishment you must pay very promptly the same day. Fair enough. But when you arrive late and go to your room you are given a barrage of telephone calls on your mobile number. You are casually informed that the Police will be called if payment is not received. Totally outrageous behaviour. On check-out the account was settled in full. However, when I noticed a discrepancy in debit card deductions which the Manager insisted had been declined I was stone-walled. I was wrong and they were right. When evidence was produced and a reasonable expectation that money overpaid should be refunded, Legacy Hotel then changed tactics. Having initially denied they had received the card payment they now said it had been received but was applied to the account. They now denied cash payments had been made. Why would they have allowed me to Check-out if there was a balance owing? I engaged in email correspondence but received no reply when evidence of a no statements were produced. When I visited the hotel they manager was extremely unfriendly and started shouting. When I informed him of my legal advice he was the one who then mentioned calling the Police. Why? I politely I formed them I would be opening a case and they would be hearing from my lawyers. Never stay in this hotel if you wish to be treated like a guest. Truly appalling.

1-furniture is very old bed is not comfortable bedsheet have stain never change Dubey already have pant mark. 2- room maintenance room have paint mark everywhere wall the day window side damage bathroom all fixture is rusty never clean bathroom floor grouting is very dirty bathroom wall grouting need to refer this hotel need renovation specially from the maintenance side and the third thing is there is no I meant it is ask for the towel there is as per housekeeping this not allowed to give hand towel and then there I am not taking any bathmate phase power this is not 3 star or 4 star hotel hotel is only one star my stay is very disappointed fourth bathroom MMTS half tissue roll after shoe box and the floor grouting is very dirty then need to clean the grouting floor looking very dirty 4-is kitchen kitchen garage all crockery is not complete all the cup is damage phone is the day smell is coming in the fridge and cooking Pot is dirty fry Pan is the day in in everywhere dirty 5- I will tell to my friend family member never come to this hotel again Thank you Zeshan Yousuf
