Mount Royal Hotel

I would like to express my disappointment with the service at this hotel. I have been staying here for almost 40 days, and room cleaning is the hotel’s responsibility. However, the reception staff repeatedly tell me to contact housekeeping myself for cleaning. In addition, one of the receptionists behaves very unprofessionally and does not know how to speak respectfully with customers. His attitude is rude and unacceptable. I expect better customer service and proper housekeeping support from the hotel management. Based on my experience, I would rate this hotel 0 out of 5 and would not recommend it unless significant improvements are made. Please take this complaint seriously and address the issue as soon as possible.

I checked into this hotel in January 2025. The toilet was as incomplete as the bathroom, meaning there was no soap dispenser and water would collect on the bathroom floor. The hotel restaurant was terrible in the following ways: The food quality was bad, the dishes were dirty, and the menu and design were inappropriate.

Rooms are spacious but furniture outdated and not maintaining Housekeeping and cleaning. No parking is available nearby . Located in very crowded and noisy area. Staff are not friendly nor professional
