Pullman Dubai Deira City Centre Residence

I would give 1 out of ten because some of the staff at the hotel were not respectful and throughout my entire stay it was so loud in the morning because of the on going construction which wasn’t communicated during the booking and when I arrived at the hotel. The hotel was very clean and my room was very beautiful. Th room attendants were very polite and very helpful. But during our check my friend had issues with the bill they presented to her. They informed her last night the discount she used wasn’t applicable on the drinks she ordered. My problem was they waited till we came to them for check out and they addressed the issue!! It wasted a lot of my time and the lady who was dressed in a pink suite was very rude and not accommodating. It was a big out-cation between my friend and the lady and a pink suite. First they lacked in communication and the staff should be mindful especially when they are at the reception. The African gentleman was very polite to us. The lady in a pink suite need more training in customer service.

I recently visited FitandSpa Lounge at Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre and had a wonderful experience. Elsie did an amazing job with the massage, she made sure I was completely relaxed and well taken care of throughout the session. Special thanks as well to Pauleen and Michael for being so accommodating and welcoming. Keep up the great work!
