We just got back from a fantastic week! Huge apartment, (there were three adults and the apartment was for 5/7 people).
The furniture assigned to us no. 812, Building 19, (the administrative office is located in Building 20, next door); a bit dated but well preserved, spacious, with a large terrace, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms.
Very clean, with daily maid service + 1 liter and 1/2 bottle of mineral water left us every day.
Security service in the lobby always present h24-7/7.
Well-stocked supermarket and Illy bar/cafe in the mall at the back of the building, where there is a pleasant tree-lined avenue with a separate, 5km long pedestrian and cycle path!
ALL the staff proved extremely kind and friendly. A special “thank you” to the manager of the reception office for the care and attention reserved from the beginning, (we arrived at about 2 am, and he helped us with our luggage!), and until the end, (check out at 4 am, making sure to call us a taxi to the airport!). Very, very professional!!!
We used the beach for three hours one afternoon only; given the reviews about it, some criticism, we asked the security officer of our building 19 to notify the colleague of the building opposite that we were going to the beach. When we introduced ourselves, the latter let us pass without any problem, and we took a seat under an umbrella and three sunbeds. Nobody, not even the beach service worker, created any problems, let alone we were asked to pay. Maybe because it was afternoon, maybe because there were not many people on the beach, or maybe because we used our towels...
Excellent taxi service in general: much cheaper than in our country, Italy, to move around Dubai, everywhere.
We toured a lot, having been a planned and personally organized trip even before leaving. A journey that we would do again without changing anything: starting from the R.C.P.J., where we really enjoyed it!
