Sofitel Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa

Lovely evening restaurant experience at the Sofitel Palm. We had a half board package and the staff couldn't have been more attentive; Mahesh and Saqib looked after us very efficiently. The rooms are fantastic and the pool areas are nice and clean. A great experience overall for the family and we would definitely visit again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Hotel During an Extraordinary Time Our stay at Sofitel Dubai The Palm in late February 2026 is one that my wife and I will never forget. We had travelled to Dubai looking forward to a relaxing holiday, but during our stay the regional conflict escalated, creating enormous uncertainty and anxiety for many guests. Throughout this incredibly stressful period, every member of the Sofitel team demonstrated the very highest standards of professionalism, kindness and genuine compassion. They didn’t just do their jobs – they looked after people. The staff remained calm, reassuring and incredibly supportive despite what must have been a difficult and uncertain situation for them as well. They were always available to answer questions, provide updates where possible, and make sure guests felt safe and cared for. Their warmth and empathy made a tremendous difference at a time when many of us were worried about getting home. We wish to extend our special thanks to several members of staff that were truly excellent and amongst the best we have come across. Ruwan at poolside was as always brilliant and really looked after us, he's so cheerful and so attentive. Tek in the Porterhouse restaurant really looked after us and deserves special recommendation. We have become great friends over the years, you have no finer employee. A special thank you to Kunal Shinde, the Restaurant Manager at Moana. His calm professionalism, kindness and genuine care for guests during an incredibly stressful period In premier lounge Elena and the team including Jabeer and Raj were absolutely first class as always, thank you so much! Also big thank you to Fritzie for all her amazing help with our bookings and arrangements. Just fantastic service. Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel itself remains one of our favourite places to stay. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are luxurious and impeccably maintained, the restaurants are excellent, and the atmosphere is wonderfully peaceful. We’ve stayed here many times over the years, and this experience only reinforced why we continue to return. It’s easy to judge a hotel when everything is going well. The true measure comes when circumstances are beyond anyone’s control. Sofitel Dubai The Palm passed that test with flying colours.
