Our experience at the Ritz‑Carlton Al Wadi Rainforest was truly outstanding. The property is serene, beautifully maintained, and offers a unique blend of luxury and nature that makes every moment feel special. The rainforest setting is peaceful and refreshing, creating the perfect escape from the city. The restaurant delivered an exceptional dining experience. The food in Paddock was delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and beautifully presented. The ambience was warm and relaxing, making every meal enjoyable. A special thanks to Critian, Jeff, Makita, Satish, and Mehdat who made our visit truly unforgettable. They demonstrated genuine hospitality, and their kindness, efficiency, and dedication to service truly reflect the Ritz‑Carlton standard. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of, and their positive attitude made a remarkable difference. Overall, an amazing experience—beautiful location, excellent food, and an outstanding team. Highly recommended.
