Just checked in and I ddnt like the experience.My husband requested for lower floor due to my height phobia but he was given a room in 10th floor...I called to check if we can be moved to a lower floor later or wait but we were told we cannot be moved to a lower floor later..I was told to wait until 2pm to get a lower floor which I agreed...surprisingly when I came down the receptionist ANNA was waiting at the elevator and we were given a room in 3rd floor to be precise 303 which we found the kitchen top dirty..I called one hsk staff on the floor to clean it for us.....very unprofessional and attitudinal receptionist ANNA..I highly DON'T recommend

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at Al Hayat Hotel Suites on January 16th, 2025, at 3:56 PM. I called their contact number (065932999) for some inquiries, but the person who attended my call—a man—was unprofessional and rude. From the very beginning, his tone was unwelcoming and seemed irritated. As I started asking my questions, he began raising his voice, making it difficult to communicate. To my surprise, he abruptly ended the call by hanging up. This level of behavior is unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry, where courteous and professional customer service is essential. I expected a much better experience from such a reputed establishment. I urge the management of Al Hayat Hotel Suites to look into this matter seriously and ensure their staff undergo proper training to handle customer interactions more professionally. I hope this review helps in improving their service for future guests.
