LOU LOUA BEACH

Very disappointing experience. The reservation process was poorly managed, and despite having a confirmed Agoda booking, we were asked to pay again upon arrival. The resort is outdated, rooms require maintenance, unhygienic and access to the beach and pool was restricted much earlier than expected. Breakfast was extremely limited , delayed and did not meet basic expectations. It was not buffet. Overall, the experience did not justify the amount paid, and significant improvements are needed in customer service and facility management. It does not seem like a 3 star hotel. Not recommended at all. With this amount of money you can visit any 4 star or 5 star in off season.

We first stayed at this hotel in October 2018, on our next trips to the Emirate of Sharjah we stayed at hotels on the same street Sachara Beach twice, Carlton once and here we are again in November 2025. Encouragingly, nothing has changed compared to other hotels, breakfasts (we took) at the same HIGH level, both in range and taste, the "local shopping center" moved here from the Red Castle Hotel, the Dubai-Sharjah ferry service, the proximity of the Buchaira Corniche walking area, the oceanarium and maritime museum (over 60s pass free), hotel transfers to shopping destinations of all kinds include not only Shopping Centres of Sharjah but also Dubai. The only moment that was not pleasant was the queue to open the beach from 7 a.m. to "occupy" the sunbeds by guests not only of this hotel but also across the street of the Premier Hotel, with which there is an agreement and then you can not show up at the beach for half a day. But that didn't upset us in any way.

Cozy hotel with its own beach and abundance of greenery. The staff are friendly and polite, always responding to requests. All the employees are English-speaking, but someone understands Russian. Cleaning was done every day, in the hotel itself clean, including on the beach. The water is clear, you can see fish and crabs. Few people, always had free sunbeds. Only positive impressions left.
