Tor-na-Coille Hotel

We celebrated a family members 70th birthday in The Bothy in Aug. The hotel was so helpful and nothing too much trouble. There were 10 of us and the food served was hot and delicious. Risotto was just the best. We had a great night and the accommodation albeit a bit tired was clean and comfortable Perfect place to celebrate and the staff were first class

We were here for a relatively brief visit - an overnight stay followed by a meet up with family. The hotel is everything an "oldie" should be - elegant refined and classy. The staff were the USP here and made it exceptional - everybody was pleasant professional and helpful. We stayed for lunch too which was also 10/10.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here, in a huge master room. Everything was spotlessly clean with more than ample space, & the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a walk in shower as well as a bathtub,& again ample space. We ate here on both evenings. The menu is varied & very reasonably priced considering the quality of the food- I do have to recommend the smoked haddock risotto!!! Likewise the breakfast menu is excellent. How often do you see freshly made pancakes with banana & maple syrup? a nice change from the usual. All the staff were friendly & very efficient. We would certainly come back again!
