The location is great for an early morning flight. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the staff lovely. Food is just okay. One drawback. There is NO shuttle to the airport which is one mile away, and no sidewalk to walk there. I had to pay 12£ to go one mile.

When we arrived we waited and waited for someone at the front desk . We got put in the first room right by reception. The reception door kept slamming against the wall . Mould all over the bathroom. Went for dinner and it wasn't great soup had no taste and chicken was like leather . Then the bed was so uncomfortable and itchy we left at 11pm at night awful we have been many times this was one of the worst experiences in a hotel.

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because when weighing up the cost it included a hotel shuttle however, when at the hotel we were told that this was no longer offered which caused extra cost to us and inconvenience. Not value for money. Room very small and dated. Shower broken. Hotel in middle of nowhere along a road that has no pavement to be able to walk safely on so you have to walk in the road. NOT SAFE.
