Our room was unfortunately on the very top floor which, with no lift, made getting up and down very difficult which was the first negative.
The bar downstairs was quite loud and so we were thankful later in the stay to be higher up as we couldn't hear this at night.
The location is great for nearby restaurants with many excellent ones within 3 minutes walk. A really good location from this.
The walk to Belfast centre was very straightforward and we had no issues with public transport either.
The bed was comfy enough and the room had all of the basic facilities you would need, the cleanliness was average, with a few small issues.
Overall an average base for a Belfast trip, if you're after cheap and cheerful then this is the one for you.
