Our room had a terrible smell. The air-conditioning did not work. We had to ask for towels and for them to clean the bathrooms. They did offer us a complementary breakfast but refused to give us any partial refund.

Hotel is in a very good location. We were able to park the car in an inexpensive car park nearby (Cromack Road) and use the hotel as a base to walk to the tourist attractions we wanted to visit. Hotel was very accommodating re: holding luggage before check in time. Easy and quick to check in and out. Room was sufficient, had all amenities needed and were very clean and comfortable. The only minor issue was the wait at breakfast time, the breakfast itself was great value for money. Have used this Hotel before on a number of occasions (it is very convenient for the Ulster Hall) and will continue to do so.

The whole experience was excellent, brilliant location for exploring Belast. The staff were exceptional especially Aaron, Kirsty and Leah who went above and beyond requirements to make our anniversary stay extra special.
