Stayed for a short break fab hotel,great staff.Check in easy no problems,took the meal deal as usual 1st time we’ve eaten in this restaurant at the hotel so didn’t know what to expect.Evening meal was beautiful service was great waitress and service staff very attentive had a wonderful time, had breakfast the next morning super as usual have to say a special thank you to Liz the waitress at breakfast amazing young lady very attentive and never stopped,always asking if everything was ok a great representative for the restaurant will definitely book again rooms or big and bed very comfortable and great prices.

Great service all round, check in was with a very friendly human receptionist, not a machine, and was quick and easy. The room much better than some of the so-called fancier, more expensive, hotels in the area that I have stayed in.

Generally competent and welcoming staff. Everything is expected for Premier Inn as we have stayed in more than a dozen sites across UK, over past decade and longer. Extra pillows are included but no second bath towels. We asked for one and staff kindly provided. Cooked breakfast is overall good as usual but no cold meats nor cheeses as part of continental breakfast. Only one lift (elevator) in operation as second one was undergoing repair over the three-night stay. Recommend if you also like Premier Inn as location is excellent for city centre sights, places of interest, amenities, and transport connections.
