Had another great experience at the rabbit. Went for an overnight stay with my daughter and we both had a wonderful time. Spa is so relaxing, and we spent hours chilling. Food and cocktails were amazing. Very friendly staff. Only negative was we didn't stay for longer. Can not wait to return. Thanks for a great stay x

We stayed last week at the Rabbit, whilst the stay was nice I am very disappointed in how we have been treated since checkout. We honestly advised the lady at checkout that we had ate a packet of crisps and paid the £2. Since my husband has been charged £14.50 and we have been accused of consuming items from the mini fridge and munchies provided. The items where extremely overpriced which was why we did not take any. My husband has rang many times spoke to 2 different members of staff to resolve the matter however neither staff member has rang him back. Awful customer service, being accused of consuming items we did not and being charged for this without any discussion. We are extremely disappointed in the lack of effort on hotels behalf to resolve this issue
