Location is good but reception personnel need to have customer service help on how to treat customers

Beautiful hotel, well located and lovely big rooms with sea views, well worth paying the extra for these rooms. However… car park is not free as it was advertised and receptionist would not sell us a soft drink (my husband wanted a Coke) as the bar was closed.

A very convenient hotel central in Oban.Overall a pleasant 3 star hotel,room was clean,the lift to bedrooms was rather outdated and very stiff door-you would really require help .Staff were friendly and if you were lucky you could park in one of their 8 spaces.
