Oban Caledonian Hotel

I absolutely loved our stay at Perle Oban Hotel. The room was very comfortable and fragrance free sheets and towels were a super bonus!! The entire hotel had no artificial scents. The restaurant had outstanding dinner food and a great breakfast. I just wished we were there longer. We were on a small tour (four people) with Best Scottish Tours.

Centrally located hotel with rooms of various sizes and quality. Service was spotty--problem with lighting in room was ignored. Bathroom was small, and room did not seem especially clean. Large and comfortable lounge area.

The hotel, very well located near the train station and the port of Oban, is extremely pleasant. Beautiful rooms that are very well insulated, a bar and a brasserie that allow guests to enjoy their time, especially when it rains. After a visit to Oban, nothing is more pleasant than having tea or dining there. The brasserie serves inventive and refined cuisine made from local products. The staff is pleasant, attentive, and helpful. In short, for those who want to visit the region, the Perle Hotel is a good starting point!
