Hilton St Anne's Manor Bracknell

I have spent many nights at this hotel between 2011 and 2020 so I was disappointed when I stayed privately with my wife. The first thing you notice is gravel leading up to reception, hey we use pull luggage with wheels, it doesn’t work on gravel. Then on arrival in the room, no fridge, they have been removed. Ok let’s turn on the air conditioning, nope that’s been removed also, along with the swimming pool and Spa, the icing on the cake, they are charging for parking from next month. Also as a Gold member I always had water waiting in the room, nope, you have to get that from reception. On a very minor note, no flannels, they have gone as well.

St Anne’s Manor was the perfect venue for celebrating Liz Hugh’s 60th birthday. We had a wonderful time, and the whole event was made even more special by the excellent service throughout the day. A special mention has to go to Shrada and Emma at the bar, who were absolutely amazing. Their friendly, attentive service and genuine care throughout the event really stood out and helped make the celebration so enjoyable. It was also a real pleasure to have live music at the venue, followed by a DJ in the evening, which created a fantastic atmosphere and kept everyone entertained. The buffet was also very good, with a brilliant selection of food that everyone really enjoyed. The quality of the food was excellent Thank you to the whole team at St Anne’s Manor for helping make Liz’s 60th such a memorable and special occasion.

We stayed for a couple of days at the beginning of August when we were moving house. We had a large room with air-conditioning as part of half board package (that is breakfast and evening meal). There was a decent selection of dishes both at breakfast and dinner and all food was excellent. A special mention for Mohammed, a friendly and helpful person, who was ever present to assist at the bar or as restaurant manager/waiter at dinner service. Definitely will be returning when we go home to see family.
