Millennium Madejski Hotel Reading

Stayed here for one night as part of coach trip Hotel is right next to reading football ground Reception staff were very welcoming and check in was very quick Our room on the 2nd floor was very comfortable , very quiet The beds were so comfy, the best sleep I’ve had in a long time . Evening meal was a buffet , food was reasonable , appeared to be choice of chicken , fish or pork for main. Told our evening meal was at 7pm , so trying to get your food at the buffet was a bit chaotic as over 40 people were all trying to get their meals at the same time Feel that they may need to look at a better system to cater at meal times for coach parties. Had a drink in the artisan bar, which was lovely. Bar staff friendly . Bar prices were expensive . A bottle of wine £38 Breakfast again was buffet style, with excellent choice . This worked better for us as breakfast was served from 630 am so people could choose what time they ate and there was wasn’t a battle to get your food Overall the hotel was excellent , and would definitely recommend. Service from all the staff was excellent. Hotel didn’t appear to be in walking distance to anywhere , but this was not an issue .

Nissrine and Asha were absolutely amazing. After a small mishap, they were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely focused on making things right. The pool is admittedly on the small side, but it is heated, which was especially appreciated by my elderly parents as it helped with their arthritis. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but what truly makes this hotel stand out is its customer service and attention to detail. I would happily recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Mazouz was great provide excellent customer service as did Sonia and nesrine. Highly professional and friendly
