Premier Inn Reading Central

I stayed here twice in September (on the 15th and 24th). All the front desk staff were really polite and helpful, but I’ve got to give a huge shoutout to Aneta for being so sharp and having such a great memory. When I checked out from my first stay, I left my luggage at the hotel. To my absolute surprise, the moment I walked back in for my second check-in, Aneta recognized me straight away and remembered my bags. She sorted it out with her colleague to get them for me right then and there. By the time the quick check-in was done, my bags were already right next to me. The whole team did a great job, and I was made to feel incredibly welcome throughout. Cheers for the great hospitality!

Excellent stay. This is probably the best Premier inn we have ever stayed in. The staff were all excellent. Breakfast was very good and this is the only Premier that gives you a teapot!. The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet considering it is in the centre of Reading and on a main road. Can highly recommend.

First room was really dirty hadn’t been cleaned or very poorly. Also stank of smoke. Moved to second room also stank of smoke. Like sleeping in an Ashtray. Premier Inn seems to be going from bad to worse.
