A beautiful old pub with rooms in a quiet village. Sam and the staff made us feel right at home, and the meals were superb. The beautiful garden with lots of seating options and space for the kids to run around was a breath of fresh air after the busy city hotels. Rooms were fresh and clean, comfortable and quiet. This is a proper pub and community hub run by fantastic people perfect for a weekend getaway.

Such a warm wonderful welcome from Sam n team. Very helpful with my elderly parents who were put on the ground floor, helped in & even had bags carried for them. Rooms super clean & comfy. Full evening meal delicious & menu creatively varied. All in all a very entertaining, happy, warm experience. Thank you Sam
