Well I booked here for me and my partner And was absolutely disgusted with the room which I paided £177 for 1 night Paided more than I should have as was visiting family. We stay in many hotels and this was the worst most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. When reported this to reception at 6.30 in the early evening told them what was wrong and left in their hands. Got a voicemail message at 10oclock Saying we can change rooms We got back at 11.30 from dinner out with family and they expected us to change rooms at that time RIDICULOUS Utterly appalled at the customer service They could not refund us any money as booked through booking.com they said I will attach pics to show how disgusting it was and this was meant to be an excutive suite god forbid the bed disgusting with too sheets on to try and hide tread bare stained holes in mattress that probably full of bed bugs and god knows. Only saw the bed in the morning god forbid I get rashes from it. The breakfast in the morning was disappointing and as me and my partner are both chefs watched the health and safety procedures not being followed Will be reporting that like I say too many things to list. The customer service was terrible never ever stay in the hotel. So many more things UNBELIEVABLE

I’m giving it 5 stars because of the staff. I met Rianna and Tyrone and they certainly care about the hotel. The hotel its self is quite run down and needs an update. It’s nice but not modern feel needs lighter colours. Bedrooms are ok. Need aircon this day and age. They have it. It’s just broken. No lifts. Big problem for someone like me. It looks like it’s been a well used hotel. Just with nothing spent on it for a while. The food, so the restaurant is interesting. The menu is really big for such a small place. Food quality screams a lot of frozen products the pizzas are fresh and yummy. The restaurant staff are hopeless. The woman didn’t understand the order. The guy when I told him she got it wrong argued with me about it. We actually didn’t pay for our food as they wasn’t in the restaurant when I wanted to Pay. I waited 15 mins. So we got up and left. Thinking it would be added to my room. But it wasn’t. So I guess you’re losing money in the restaurant. The place could be amazing. Just needs a few things changed. .

Lovely little break with the hubby. We visited Windsor and other surroundings. This hotel was well priced for the area and provided all we needed. It does need a little work and the lifts not working was a bit of a pain. I think the food could be better nothing that wowed. But the team were pleasant. I would come back if in the area.
