Brilliant location for a day into Windsor. Lovely big, clean bedroom. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Extra thanks to reception who helped sort out car parking for us, a kids pack for our daughter and made a lovely welcoming experience. Also the bar staff who were super kind to our daughter too! A great hotel - thanks for the stay!

Helpful. Kind. Polite. Breakfast was good. It was not excellent because we, as a family we eat very healthy - berries, seeds, etc. They gave my boy a surprise chocolate brownie with a candle and happy birthday! Thank you
