De Vere Beaumont Estate

I stayed here last week for 2 nights with the kids and the partner and we all loved it kids had so much to do and the room was very clean the reception team were lovely, had dinner in 1705 and there was wide range of food and the steak was amazing, I will definitely be staying here again in the future. Casey checked me in and she was so friendly helpful and gave me loads of information about the local area!

We had a wonderful overnight stay at this property. Friendly, efficient staff and a beautiful room. The grounds are extensive and well maintained. The hotel is "interesting" in trying to find the way around as it's very disjointed but you can expect this from a vast building. More tea and coffee stations are badly needed in the breakfast room as the queues for them were very long when the room was full.

Hotel accommodation was ok. However I was part of a very large group which had a party on the Saturday night. We were seated for 6.30 pm and it was 8 pm before my starter arrived. Being gluten free mine came out first then but I’d finished mine by the time the rest of the table was served 15 minutes later. We then had to wait another hour for our main and the same fiasco of haphazard serving continued. Whilst waiting for sweet a waiter got up and lead a sing a long (you couldn’t make it up). The waiters and waitresses struggled to serve as they were all over the place. No Organisation at all. Overall a disaster. Would not recommend anyone with a large party of people to book here.
