Arrived at the hotel and found out that parking could only be.provided for the first and fourth day of my stay. Only then to find that the hotel charge £15 per 24 hours and I obtained 48 hours for £16.80! The staff are young and inexperienced and we had to go and make requests for different things rather.being looked after. The staff congregated at the tull talking and seemed put out that we had spoiled their conversation. The breakfast was inedible and cold and were ended.up only eating toast and cereal. We were promised a quiet room only to find that air con and toilet fan were like a jet engine. The.room had seen better days and certainly not worth £260 a night. We left after 3 days as we simply could not stand it any longer. Please if you want a nice stay with friendly staff, go elsewhere

Had a 24-hour layover in Windsor and found this amazing hotel. The location is beautiful, right on the River Thames. The hotel itself has a boutique feel, but still offers a full bar and restaurant. The layout is a bit quirky, but I think that just adds to its charm. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff was amazing. The hotel is a short walk to Windsor Castle and the main shopping area. It’s also directly across the bridge from Eton, which is quaint and charming and definitely worth exploring. If you have mobility issues, the layout of the hotel may be a little difficult to navigate. But if that’s not an issue, I couldn’t give this hotel a higher recommendation. It was a great find for our short stay in Windsor.

This property is very well located and very pretty. The staff tried to appease me and my stay but they couldn't as the Management of this property doesn't seem to care. Staff was again excellent. But when your paying these types of prices $300.00 a night you expect a bed that you can SLEEP IN. The room was fine I didn't care I looked into an alley but what I did care about was sleeping well. The mattress was OLD and I MEAN OLD. The springs in it (and who has beds now in a plush property has spring mattresses.) The springs were felt everywhere in my body and it was so old that there were BED MITES. Every time I got in it I got bit - they weren't bed bugs they were MITES. The pillows were so old that the filling in them were just clumps. Disgusting for a supposed 4 star property. This property needs to take out ALL OLD MATTRESSES and BURN THEM - and replace with modern bedding. Also, provide wash cloths.
