Burnham Beeches

I couldn't be happier with how the hotel dealt with our daughter's wedding, nothing was too much trouble, the day went extremely well, the food and service was excellent. Looking forward to coming and staying again!

High expectations for our stay as a beautiful setting. Our room was on second floor up a steep staircase - a lot of effort for replacement knees and also for my daughter- in -law at 36 weeks pregnant.There was also crockery left outside our room on arrival. Character room itself was lovely but incredibly hot and the one small fan was not sufficient enough alongside an ultra heavyweight quilt. I had no sleep for 2 nights and requested that the duvet was removed for our second night and changed for a sheet. This didn’t happen and returning from the wedding we had to track down a sheet and sort ourselves. We had all the windows open and blinds down and curtains closed during the day but ridiculously hot ( I understand that air conditioning was impossible as it was in the old section of the building but efficient fans are needed). I felt the bathroom small and expected towels to be tidied up .

I had a massage at the Spa today from the therapist Ginny. It was fantastic. I would definitely go back if I lived in the area.
