This is a hotel that my wife and I have stayed in on many occasions over the years. We had two stays in June (2026) which have prompted this review. The service provided by the staff on the front desk was exceptional. We would like to name both Song and Kacper particularly for their great help and assistance on these two occasions. The staff in the restaurant and bar were excellent too making us feel welcome (and also recognising us as occasional visitors). The room was cleaned to its usual high standard, the food was excellent and the whole experience was that of a relaxing break - just what was needed. Thank you very much. We look forward to our next stay.
