⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Ana & Vasilika We didn’t stay at the hotel but visited for afternoon tea, Ana and Vasilika made our experience truly special. Their helpful, friendly and attentive service was exceptional. They made such a great impression that this hotel will now be my first choice to stay in Cambridge on my next visit. Excellent hotel: great service, beautiful bar and restaurant, nice rooms and good breakfast. Car park is expensive at 40 pounds a day and should be complimentary for Bonvoy platinum members. Otherwise highly recommended

Absolutely wonderful stay at the University arms in Cambridge. This is my fifth time at this hotel and each time I arrive feeling so welcomed and relaxed and leave exactly the same way.
