Steeeeeggg

Be aware if you park on the grounds of this hotel, you will get a parking fine. I checked in as normal and nobody asked me for my registration details and a month later got a £100 parking fine and lots of intimidating letters. BANG OUT OF ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have stayed here years ago & it’s definitely gone down hill . Staff are very friendly Room was very basic ,the bed was a small double ,pillows rubbish , Curtains needs hanging properly ,if you close them there is a gap @ one end Window very hard to open Breakfast … I took one look & went for toast Scrambled eggs looked mushy ,beans sausage’s bacon all looked dry Plenty of choices , Pastry’s , cereals ,fruit ,yogurt Tomato’s was not nice , Hash browns was very over cooked ,you could not cut them , GOOD POINTS the shower was amazing , Clean towels Good parking with cctv One fire door needs attention,it does not shut flush Slept well It needs a good make over . Cheap & cheerful Not far from town centre

Went with some friends for a birthday lunch,. When asked for coffee and cakes staff said they don't do. We weren't offered any alternatives. The manger sat with his laptop on and wasn't a bit interested. Said I had seen on the website hey do lunches, was told I might be looking on the american site. Customer service stinks and I would advise anyone to avoid this hotel at all costs. No thought for our inconvieniance as customer service goes a long way. Shame on the management and staff
