Belgrave

The hotel is being used for homeless people. I booked a room for the 28th August (Bank Holiday Weekend) on hotels.com to find my booking had been cancelled when I went to check. On trying to contact the venue all I got was an invalid number. On seeing the reviews on here I knew that I was not going to be staying here. Awful customer service from the hotel and hotels.com for not even calling or emailing to allow us to book somewhere else in a suitable time frame.

Was due to go on the 4th September for a wedding, booked through Hotels.com. Got a refund from Hotels.com for the booking but no email from the hotel. Been told this hotel is currently been used as a homeless shelter. Can not get another hotel on the date for less than £130 this originally cost me £45 . Not a happy chappie. Gave it 1 because you can’t give 0

Booked in APRIL to stay the end of August for the Bank Holiday weekend, as Iv brought tickets to an event in Chester. June 29 at 20:30 I get an email saying the Belgrave habe cancelled my booking. No explanation why..... Just cancelled. Well thanks for that. Now I have to try and find somewhere else to stay. Whish me look to try and find somewhere on a summer Bank Holiday now. Really not happy!!
