Best Western Premier Queen

My family stayed here at the end of July. The hotel itself is gorgeous and has such a welcoming atmosphere. Every member of staff we spoke to was friendly, kind and really helpful. We stayed in a family room, which was lovely, modern and spacious. My only real gripe was the bathroom. It felt very dated and, unfortunately, wasn’t particularly clean. The bath was stained and the whole room could have done with a really thorough scrub. Would I stay here again? Probably, if I found another good deal. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but I’d likely look at other options first before booking again.

Had a lovely stay for my husband 70th birthday, although we had a few issues with our room on arrival it was rectified immediately, the staff are the hotels biggest plus as Caitlin was just amazing, she pulled it together for us, as was the lovely girl on reception checking out on Monday 3rd, sorry I didn’t get her name, the breakfast and evening meal we had was definitely not good, hence only three stars, they need to get a new chef!

Stayed on a Sunday night at The Queen. Stayed in suite 1860, which was fabulous. The hotel was clean and the staff were amazing. Big thanks to Guita and Ken who were both very attentive and helped with a couple of problems we had. Breakfast was decent, and once again the staff made it a pleasurable experience. Would recommend!
