Ramada Encore Crewe

Great location, easy check-in, excellent value for money and really friendly staff. Honestly, I couldn’t fault the place.

2 star quality rooms like a bad old Travelodge, toilet stinks of urine, no phone in the so called " queen room " as advertised. Floor very very dirty in bedroom, my white socks turned black! Wasn't cheap for 2 nights with breakfast. We won't be staying here again.

Currently staying here for work and have had a great experience so far. Very clean and quiet hotel which is ideal for a work trip! Staff are friendly and helpful and the food is much better than I expected. Plenty of options for breakfast and dinner and I particularly love that there is a coffee machine available to help yourself with the option of using a take-away cup if you want your coffee to go - again ideal for work!
