The room was lovely. Great coffee machine. Nice bathroom. Friendly attentive staff. The car park is quite tight. The breakfast was below average. Artisan bread on the menu, but we were served plain brown bread toast. Distinctly average breakfast and coffee unfortunately. Otherwise nice place and stay.

Room was Ok although on their website it says there is a coffee machine in each room and king size bed in the larger rooms but this wasn’t the case. Cooked breakfast was not included and this wasn’t made clear on booking. Service was poor. Woman on reception asked for our name when we got there, asked if we had the code for the outside door and told us our room was up the stairs straight ahead. Didn’t explain where breakfast would be, didn’t ask how our journey was etc just a few welcoming niceties would have made a difference. Breakfast was poor and service both days was abysmal. Slow and uninterested staff. The artisan bread advertised was ‘white, brown or sourdough’. They didn’t clear our empty dishes off the table as you can see in the picture. There were only 6 people having breakfast and they passed our table a number of times. If you want the room serviced you have to hang a notice outside your door. They claim to be a 5 star hotel! Definitely won’t go there again.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff. Beautiful modern clean rooms, comfortable bed. Excellent Location just outside the city. Delicious breakfast, all freshly cooked. Will definitely stay again 5 stars!
