Beach House Hotel - Guest house

I’m not sure where to start with this review. I’m usually a positive person. I was greeted by getting into trouble because the manager had been waiting all day for us to arrive. Check in was from 3pm we arrived about 6.30pm as we had been travelling all day as we are in an overseas holiday. She was very abrupt telling me several times that she had been “Waiting all day, with no communication from us”. I would like to say, I have never contacted our accommodation on day of arrival unless we’re going to arrive outside of checkin hour. I was then told there will be no breakfast for us the next morning as “I have been waiting for you all day and you hadn’t made contact.” she said again. She was very gruff telling me where our room was. There is so much more I could add. I will say we had a lovely view from our room. Room was clean and cute.

Have just returned from a lovely 2 night stay. On arrival, unfortunately there was no parking space for us in the car park but there was a spot roadside not too far from the front door, so no issue. The room was a small double. Extremely clean & fresh. The bed was very comfortable. There was ample storage. But I missed having a dressing table or anywhere to plug in hairdryer/straighteners near a mirror. Would've definitely been 5 stars if there was a place to sit and do hair & makeup. No plug by the side of the bed for phone charger either. There was tea & coffee available in the room, with the added touch of hot choc sachets with a jar of marshmallows too 😋 Breakfast was fabulous. Lots of choice and ample portions. Very friendly place, extremely clean and in a fabulous location just a short stroll to the pier, with lots of bars, pubs and restaurants on the doorstep. Will definitely return. Recommended!

We have just returned from our stay at Beach House Llandudno, Our host Sue was extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay delightful. The rooms are very clean, the little touches of chocolates and marshmallows, much appreciated. The Breakfast is wonderful and as much as you can eat. Would definitely recommend this B&B, plus just a few yard from the Promenade, but not noisy.
