Lovely guest house, in a good location on a quiet street but a short walk from local bars and the town centre. It was spotlessly clean, the owners and staff were lovely. Great room with comfy beds and a fabulous breakfast. Recommended, great value for money and would stay here again

Booked here a few weeks before going, through laterooms, and hoped for the best! We were not disappointed! The road it's on is fairly quiet and parking was not a problem (very unusual for Llandudno!). The location is great as it's not too far from anything the town has to offer. Excellent choice for breakfast and the staff couldn't be more obliging. I'm a very light sleeper but we all had very comfy beds and never heard noise from anywhere/anyone else so a good night sleep was had by all. Thank you for a great three day break.
