Penwinnick House B&B

I stayed here for the last few nights and booked through air bnb. The instructions were impeccable, everything just as explained and when I txt Tim a question early evening on Sunday it was responded to straight away. Would definitely use this accommodation again if heading to St Austell. Easy to find, free parking. Excellent!

I stayed at Penwinnick bed and breakfast in June 2016 for four nights. I lodged in a room outside the main house and it was very clean . Breakfast was good especially because even the plant based milk was provided . I was welcomed very well.

Found the place quite easily to find the front door locked and no response to the door bell so rang Tim who informed us the key to our room which was no 5 in the Annex was in the door apparently he had e mailed this info we did not pick up the e mail as we had been travelling all day the room was clean but small with only one bedside table and a tiny wash hand basin in a confined bathroom, when asked if we could have breakfast we were told (again by text that was not an option) left in the morning without even catching site of Tim our "host" so how do you describe a B&B without breakfast? stayed in worse but certainly stayed in better
