Rashleigh Arms

Wonderful stay at The Rashleigh Arms for 2. Nights. Huge Thankyou to Andy for giving us the option to move to a more appropriate room for our stay . Breakfast was fabulous and Charlestown, St Austell is a Joy . Car park is extremely odd but quirky, but so am I . Thankyou Guys for a great stay 😍

Great stay at the Rashleigh again. Awesome breakfast & evening meal, all staff were helpful & friendly. Comfy beds, clean rooms & enjoyed a few Cornish beers in the sun

Rushed in for an early dinner after a busy day of exploration. The restaurant was nice, with comfortable seating, with a calm modern but peaceful ambiance. Our waitress, Lili, was brilliant. A happy and attentive member of staff. Sadly, the food let the restaurant down a little. We ordered both food and drinks at the same time and were both a little concerned when our food arrived before our drinks. Very quickly… A lasagna at £17 that “felt microwaved” and very bland tasting with a clearly quickly melted cheese topping, but not browned at all, and a chicken tikka masala that had the weirdest tasting masala sauce I’ve ever encountered. It reminded me, a little, of paraffin. This came with a naan bread that was actually soggy inside. Don’t get me wrong, nothing much to complain about really, so we didn’t, but the food was just odd. The restaurant was very quiet with hardly any other tables at our time of sitting, so being busy wasn’t an excuse for the rushed food. Thankfully, Lili who served us was a star.
