We recently stayed in this B&B in the height of the school holidays and paid roughly £40 each per night. There was off road parking, an ensuite and the place itself was in an ideal location close to watergate bay and fistral beach, therefore we thought it was good value for money! The bed was pretty comfortable however the shower in the ensuite had no pressure at all so mainly just dribbled out of the shower head. The television remote also didn't work but you could operate it from the tv itself. I don't mind dogs however when it was howling at 6am every morning it was very annoying.
