Room 116 Right on top of delivery area, bin area TV remote not working reported to reception nothing done Double socket behind cabinet loose Main door to 116 very hard to close and noisy Noise from outside extractor fan running all the time Only one room has any coat hanger pole Corridor electrical cupboard left unlocked Floor creaking and uneven

Rooms spotless food excellent have really enjoyed our stay

A year ago we booked into another Newquay hotel nearby on the front and said never again as they were so rude and unhelpful. Later we had a fine for not paying parking on the day we left. So, our relatives said next time try the Pentire. On arrival at the Pentire, ELLIE (she wanted her name in capitals) on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and we could see the sea too. The bar service was excellent as was the evening meal. Shaun (MMA from Leeds) was clearly managing the services very professionally. Thank you for a lovely stay and we’ll definitely be back.
