The Atlantic Hotel

Perfect location with sea views room was very comfortable with everything you need there. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel we will be back...staff so lovely nothing was too much trouble always making sure you had everything you needed.

I had such a pleasant experience. It was my partners birthday and we stayed over night. The breakfast was lovely, the room was beautiful with lovely views looking into the sea, the staff were friendly and the spa was a relaxing retreat. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed.

Visited for 3 nights early Sept on their promotion of all rooms for £99 including breakfast. Opted for the double room suite with balcony. Had a personal issue with our original dates and the hotel kindly moved to another 3 days even though the promo rate was non refundable. Good CS. Room (B8) was a bit odd. Very large but the seating area near the balcony looked unfinished and bare. Smallish TV was on the far wall, should have been larger IMHO. Double bed was two singles pushed together so not ideal. Weirdly there were 10 double sockets in the entire room, 9 with USB connections. Auto sensor light in the corridor to the bathroom was annoying as it lit the whole room when someone went to the loo in the night. Balcony was large and with a good view panorama of the Atlantic. Bathroom was huge with a roll top bath, his and hers sinks and a shower. All very clean. Pool and jacuzzi open when we were there. All small as per usual for hotels. Breakfast was good with the usual English fayre plus croissants, fresh fruit and other sundries. Staff were very attentive in seating, chatting and clearing tables. Location is at the top of a very steep hill though not far to walk into town. Parking is very small and tight, would not like to be here when it's full. A pleasant good value stay for £99 inc breakfast. Would not pay the going rate of £300 !
