Primrose Valley Hotel

Stayed at Primrose House for 2 nights for our wedding anniversary. Lovely stay , friendly staff especially the Aussie on arrival who helped carry our bags up. We stayed in room 2 , very comfortable bed with lovely balcony with a sea view , very quiet - was lovely waking up to the sound of waves. Breakfast was very nice with lots to choose from and very flexible. Thank you for a lovely stay from Emma & Tom

We have been coming here for years as its just the perfect base for a stay in St Ives. Easy parking, clean comfortable rooms, an excellent breakfast and cappuccino and friendly staff. Perfect.

I usually stay for a night in a hotel and if I like it, I will book additional nights. I was travelling alone when I arrived via train at 5.30pm, the wind was strong and it started to rain so I struggled with using my phone and having to hold my heavy luggage to navigate location of hotel and I took me an hour to arrive at the hotel. I had sought help regarding location of hotel prior to arrival and was told it easy to locate even if I didn’t drive which was not the case. The cooked breakfast was great but the choice of bread and other stuffs were limited. The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom facilities were great. after staying for 1 night, I booked another night in Primrose house. It was nice of hotel to give me an upgrade to a room with seaview. Staffs are great and helpful just like the first night when I stayed.
