A wonderful experience from start to finish. We stayed in Room 3, with a fantastic view of the coast and an unmissable sunset. The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable, and we had a great nights' sleep as a result. Walls are a little thin, but it never got close to annoying. The only slight downside to the room was that the shower was a tight squeeze, even for someone of slim build. However, this shouldn't put you off the rest of the room which is second to none. Both continental and cooked breakfasts are served in the airy dining room, with lots of options for all tastes. Tea, coffee, water, and biscuits are also served gratis in your room. The Guest House is in a great location in St Ives so that you are not too far away from anything, albeit up/down some steep hills. The couple who run the place are absolutely amazing and we really hope to stay with them again. I could not recommend this place more.

What a great guest house this is! A lovely warm and genuine welcome at the door, shown to our room and could not be more helpful settling us in. Room 5 on the top floor has all you need for a relaxed stay and the most stunning views out over the beach and headlands! The house is immaculately clean and tidy, beds are comfy and it’s quiet. It’s a 7 or 8 min walk to the harbour. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of fresh food and juices. Overall this is a 10/10 for us and would definitely return 😊

Our 2 night stay was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, Charlotte and Gavin made us feel very welcome. We stayed on the top level in Room 5, which has stunning views over the water. Breakfast was lovely, from the fresh fruit to the many cooked options. We'd have no hesitation recommending their B&B to anyone.
