Had a long lunch with friends which was absolutely stunning…the weather was fantastic and the food and wine was better! I really cannot think I’ve been anywhere so classy and given experience of other restaurants in London, Prague, Madrid, Venice etc - this is very reasonably priced and the food and view are fantastic.

What a beautiful place with lovely caring staff We just popped in for a drink just after lunch , I’m in a small electric chair , we were greeted warmly at reception and were shown through to a beautiful lounge , beyond a balcony you could go onto . Due to the heat we decided to just sit by the open door and lovely views over the bay. The gentleman offered us complimentary sparkling or fizzy water and some olives and salted almonds. What a beautiful welcome , we had already eaten lunch elsewhere so just went for drinks . But looking at the menu and prices wish we would have eaten here . Also we saw the meals being brought out which did look very nice. My husband just went for English tea , I asked if they had Rooibos tea ( which unfortunately they didn’t have ). A Trevibban mill pink cider was my choice, delicious and a relaxing afternoon . .

I was treated to a 'birthday lunch' at this wonderful restaurant. I live in Cornwall so I'm used to lovely views but sitting out on the veranda watching the boats bobbing about, drinking chilled wine and eating the tastiest foods was a special experience. And the staff were excellent; friendly, prompt and knowledgeable.
