Brantfell House

We absolutely loved our stay at Brantfell House. From the moment we arrived, our hosts, Adrian and Mandy, were incredibly warm and welcoming and truly made us feel at home. Their kindness and hospitality were such a special part of our stay. The guest house itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the Lake District. And the breakfasts were absolutely incredible! We’re both vegan, and Adrian and Mandy went out of their way to cater to us with delicious vegan breakfasts each morning. It was so thoughtful and very much appreciated — and honestly, some of the best breakfasts we’ve had while traveling! What really sets Brantfell apart is how genuinely cared for you feel while you’re there. After spending our days exploring the beautiful Lake District, it was such a lovely place to come home to. We’re leaving with wonderful memories and are so grateful for the warmth and hospitality we received. We would wholeheartedly recommend Brantfell House and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Adrian and Mandy, for making our visit to the Lake District so special! ❤️

Charming decor, centrally located. Adie and Mandy are friendly and helpful. Adie told us about the short hike to the waterfall and other local hikes. Food was delicious. Room clean. Plumbing good.

Perfect location to explore the Lakes. Lovely rooms, and Mandy & Adrian were excellent hosts. Adrian’s breakfasts are a great start to any day
