Claremont House

My friend and I stayed for a couple of nights while visiting the Lakes. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. Our host, Sarah was fantastic, offering useful local advice. The cakes, banana and chocolate muffins, and the full English breakfasts were amazing. I am looking forward to vising again in May. Thank you.

we stayed for 4 nights on our way to Scotland. had a lovely king size room , very quiet at rear of the property . everywhere was spotless and cleaned everyday and nicely decorated . our hosts Dave and angie were fabulous and very helpful with tips on sightseeing etc . The breakfast was lovely and various things on offer along with the full cumbrian breakfast and the best pot of nice strong tea ever ! Its very conveniently situated for walking to all the restaurants nearby. We had a lovely comfortable stay

Great location. The proprietors were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the area. The breakfasts were tasty and they were flexible with options and timings when we wanted to head out a bit earlier. Thank you very much, looking forward to returning
