Don’t go for one of the ‘ultimate’ rooms, you’ll be disappointed: not properly cleaned (another guests dirty sock down the side of the bed); only two electric sockets which were too far from the bed for overnight phone charging; chips to a lot of the furniture; worn sofa; no view. When we called reception about the electric points, they brought an extension lead which didn’t work and then provided a huge, ugly building site extension which was unsightly trailed across the length of the room - not what you expect from a supposedly luxury room. Staff somewhat unapologetic re the defects. One star in terms of value for money.
