The sun was shining so another stay cation was called for. We loved our Christmas break so much we headed back here. We asked for the same room we had at Christmas, room 74 and it was perfect! Zoe...

Stayed in room 8. Noisy kitchen fan ran till midnight and started around 7.45 in the morning. Intolerable!!. Staff were nice but didn't seem to be well trained. Tables left uncleared etc.

Disappointing. Pre-paid Room in hotel not available and had been relocated at room across the road. Meant walking in heavy rain to breakfast/bar/restaurant. Request for refund/reduction...
