Booking was straightforward, room was large and well equipped, plenty of room for the dog. Shower was good and cleanliness spot on! Breakfast and evening meal both plentiful and delicious. Always worth giving them a ring if you can't get what you want on the internet as they are very helpful.

Fantastic staff, excellent food and service, comfortable. Right in the heart of Keswick. Walking everywhere very easy. Parking at rear of hotel sometimes takes an wee while as it is very busy and the hotel has limited spaces.

Very well situated in the centre of Keswick. We parked on the outskirts and walked in. Spotlessly clean and staff excellent. Only criticism is that although quiet at back of hotel the extractor fans from kitchen were noisy. Wouldn’t put me off staying again
