Ambrose Hotel

This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed! Thick black mould in the bathroom, blood on the walls and exposed plugs. During our night the ceiling begun to leak, soaking our clothing on the floor! Water pressure in the bathroom was appalling, and the towels were clearly left from the person before us.

Hotel placed in the middle of a run down area. Very noisy for a family with young children. Was not informed there was a wedding was going on during our stay. Advised them it wasn’t suitable and that we didn’t want to stay. No refund. Still charged cancellation fee.

This is a disgusting filthy place should be taken off booking .com we have asked for our money back, my partner sent photos of our experience to booking .com they have not come back to us the room we stayed in dirty and the bathroom had all mold down the wall the shower he'd had never been cleaned for months not weeks disgusting place
