Lovely hotel! Spa is brilliant! Location is perfect! Took a 10 min walk to the castle ruins amongst all the hotel spa enjoyment. The room has the comfiest bed! Breakfast was delicious! Above all of this, Sunny found my missing notebook for work! It really is the little attention to detail the hotel should be proud of most!

I’ve just had the most amazing weekend away at North Lakes Hotel, and I wanted to say a huge thank you for marking my stay one to remember. A special thank you to Sam and the team for the lovely welcome goodies waiting for us on arrival – such a thoughtful touch that made us feel so welcome. I’d also like to give a big shout-out to Max from the dinner service. To say you’ve only been with the company for almost four months, you were absolutely fantastic. Your confidence, professionalism, and friendly service made it seem like you’d been with the company for years. Thank you all once again for such a wonderful stay.
