Right between Bo'ness and Windermere on the main road so great if you are a walker. The parking is on left just before Latimer House it is easy to miss first time around so drive slowly and indicate left don't turn left before Latimer House like I did! We got parked eventually access was easy and the room and bathroom were top notch. Three bedrooms on the ground floor for those less mobile and some upstairs. Ours was ground floor so ideal for my husband who can't climb many stairs. There are also bus stops just outside if your not a walker. Great value for money recommended

Super clean and spacious. Good communication about entry codes. Should put two face towels instead of one. Good quality bath towels. Mattress was too soft. Not great for a sensitive back. Close to restaurants.

Just returned from Latimer house , fantastic communication and very helpful staff but it’s labelled as a 4 star not quite, just my observations and I hope Thomas doesn’t mind constructive suggestions, we stayed in room 2 and the windows are so old there’s constant loud traffic noise at night while trying to sleep , grout missing in floor tiles in bathroom and shower cubicle door doesn’t close properly so not good and not enough toilet roll supplied for 2 people,no window in bathroom and extractor fan doesn’t work so room gets full of steam and takes ages to go after opening windows in bedroom, paintwork needs attention in rooms as well so not quite a 4 star yet but it’s still nice the hallway and stairs is lovely and spotless ,we would stay again as ideally situated but in a quieter room without constant traffic noise while you’re trying to sleep at night ,honest only findings .
